This was \u003cspan class=\"SpellE\"\u003eNizam-ul-Mulk\u003c\/span\u003e, Vizier to Alp \u003cspan class=\"SpellE\"\u003eArslan\u003c\/span\u003e the Son, and Mill Shah the Grandson, of \u003cspan class=\"SpellE\"\u003eToghrul\u003c\/span\u003e Beg the Tartar, who had wrested Persia from the feeble Successor of Mahmud the Great, and founded that \u003cspan class=\"SpellE\"\u003eSeljukian\u003c\/span\u003e Dynasty which finally roused Europe into the Crusades.
